Screw Conveyor

The outer cylinder is welded by seamless steel, and the inner is welded by spiral blade and spindle. The spindle is driven by the motor to operate, and the material is transported from the ground to the next connecting equipment or silo. Generally used for conveying raw grain or powder materials, not suitable for conveying viscous, fragile granular, easy to caking materials

Crusher

The material is crushed by the hammer in the crushing chamber rotating and hitting the material continuously, with a fan on the side, and the crushed material is discharged through the negative pressure generated by the fan to improve the crushing efficiency. To crush different finenesses, only need to replace screens with different apertures.

Mixer

Extruder Machine

Pneumatic conveying device

The pellet feed falls into the feeding port of the pneumatic conveying device after it comes out of the bulking machine. The pellet feed is pumped into the Shakron through the high-pressure fan to generate negative pressure, and uniformly discharged into the next equipment by the discharging device. The advantages of the device is small footprint, easy to move, such as raising or refitting problems only need to change the length of the pipeline to complete, the customer can operate, and does not destroy the particle feed, not easy to produce dust.

Dryer

The mesh belt is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt through the feeding device. The mesh belt rotates at a constant speed. It falls from the first layer to the second layer and then falls into the bottom layer to be discharged. The dryer is equipped with a circulating hot air fan and an exhaust fan to make the material Drying is more uniform. The mesh belt motor is variable frequency speed regulation, which can be adjusted instantly according to the drying effect and particle diameter to achieve the drying effect.

Flavoring Machine

The drum is all stainless steel (this drum is stainless steel or can be made of carbon steel), corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The material enters from the higher end of the drum, and the liquid grease, attractant, trace elements, etc. are evenly sprayed on the surface of the particles through the built-in nozzle. The other end of the nozzle is connected to the oil pump and the thermal insulation oil cylinder. The oil cylinder has a heating function. The temperature is adjusted on the electric control box to keep the additives at a certain temperature, even when the temperature is lower, it will not solidify and affect the spraying effect.

Cooler

The material enters the cooling chamber evenly through the closed air device on the pneumatic conveying device, and the fan installed on the Shakelong is started at the same time as the material is fed. The cold air enters from the discharge port at the bottom of the cooler and passes through the material layer to reduce heat and lightness. If the dust is taken away, the dust will fall into the Shakron, which can be cleaned regularly. Generally, the cooling time of each batch of materials is about 8-10 minutes. After the cooling time is up, the discharge rod is manually opened, and the material is discharged and then closed to prepare for feeding again.
